The breakfast was hearty and prepared with utmost dedication, setting a lovely tone for the day.

The walls are quite thin, making it easy to hear conversations from neighboring rooms, which could disturb light sleepers.

The family staff were frienly and helpful. This Home stay is uniquely beautiful in design.

Planned to see Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya major attractions and it was unique base for visiting all of them. Incredibly nice and amicable staff who where always there to help. I really enjoyed that the property was right next to a ferry port. I would recomand the place.

The two sisters who run the guesthouse are very friendly and helpful. Location is great, right in front of train station and next to ferry stop heading to the center. Great atmosphere.

The dividing walls are paper thin!!! Shared bathrooms might be an inconvenience for some!!! The location, although close to attractions, is not the quietest spot for a restful night!!!

The restaurant here was great with great breakfast and nice river-view attached, we both ordered EXCELLENT dishes.

Rooms beautiful to look at and right near the station which was very useful if arriving and leaving by train as we were.

There was no sound proofing at the homestay and it was all wood so it was very very noisy. You heard everyones conversations, and i mean even whispered conversations were a problem. You also heard the boats on the river all night. The restaurant was expensive and we found the staff really unfriendly.

Choose a room with air conditioning for ultimate comfort, especially on hot days, and enjoy the hearty breakfast prepared .

The thin walls made privacy a challenge, and shared bathrooms could be inconvenient for some guests. The noise from nearby areas hindered a peaceful night's sleep.

during my stay, I loved the convenience of being only a few steps from the train station and just a short walk away from amazing eateries like Love To Eat, where I enjoyed some of the best Thai food in the area, all while soaking in the vibrant atmosphere of the riverside.

It was just a great fit for a holiday in Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya with all in all great value for money. The breakfast was fantastic, with plenty of options and made with real care. Opt for a room with air conditioning for a more comfortable stay during the hot season.
